Such a great resource for low income pet owners. Appreciate the kindness to both me and my dog.
They have organized. Friendly nice to ours pets.
So disappointed because they usually have such friendly staff and service. They recently updated their website w/ their hours & walk in procedure. But they don't tell you everything you need to know. I arrived at 3:55 (their voice-mail says they stop taking walk-ins at 4:30.) I was told they weren't taking anymore clients bc they wanted to b done by 5. I don't see anything about this on their website or heard it on the voicemail. I took off work to take my pets in so I could make it on time. My cat was yowling like crazy but Nurse Rachet didn't care. She only cared about being done by 5. Life is so hard for everyone right now & a little compassion goes a long way. Maybe she had a bad day & wanted to get home. I get it. But when you have a job to do please do your job or make it clear on the website your procedures. Maybe everyone knows this already but I didnt want some else to waste their time or lose pay by taking off work.
I thank them 4 ALL they do...but I realllllly don't want 2 post my experience with my kitty! ....ud83dude1enBUT I DO THANK THEM..
They are not currently doing spays or nueter. Great helpful staff!
