Dr Shea is a great vet who is knowledgeable, helpful and very skilled. However the receptionist had pretty poor social skills or is just rude, I’m unable to tell. The facility itself feels a bit unclean but the location is fantastic. Very expensive. Not able to take my precious 17 year old fur baby here more than twice because high quality care is for the wealthy.

I initially came to CatCare because I was unhappy with the first vet I took my cat to. Dr. Maddox is great. He's very understanding of the emotional distress of having a sick pet and also of the distress of being financially limited (a big concern for me as I am a graduate student). My cat ended having a terminal illness, but Dr. Maddox helped me to be sure that he is as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the professionals at CatCare and will be coming to them for future cat veterinary needs should they arise.

Dr. Shea is exceptional. Our first exam was the most thorough vet exam we've ever had.

Very thorough staff, friendly, and cat kind. Explained everything I needed to know and offered alternatives. Would highly recommend for your kitty care.
