The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about my pet. They make us feel welcome and always do a wonderful job! They take time to explain things and make sure you understand.

I brought my dog to Dr. Rietdorf and found out he has diabetes. The doctor was so patient and helpful with walking me through the details. The whole staff was wonderful and kind, from reception to the vet techs. I am so thankful to have this office to bring my lil baby to.

We usually have Dr Tratynek and Danielle as our dog's care providers. They're awesome, couldn't be more amazing. But....the entire staff have always been absolutely wonderful. Kind, warm hearted. We left our vet of nearly 20 years to go to Dupont. We have never regretted that decision.

Today we had to put down our cat Icarus and it was truly one of the hardest things my husband and I had ever done. The staff there made things go a little easy for us, constantly making sure we were alright and asking us along the way if we needed anything to help us. They also didn’t rush and were very empathetic for our loss. It still hurts that our Icky is gone but I’m just appreciative that the vet we decided on took care of him and made sure the whole process was as easy as it could be for us.

this clinic was awesome I called several other clinics to try to get my 3 month old puppy to be seen and everyone else was booked out months ahead of time. They were able to get me in within hours that morning they were super nice and caring period will definitely make them my permanent vet.
