Was lied to by the Sales Person. I purchased a marker for $6,000 and was offered 1/2 down and 1/2 30 days later and it would not hinder them from ordering the stone at the time of the sale. Normally you have to pay 100% but she would make sure it got ordered then. Since I had lots of other funeral expenses I took her up on that offer. I could have paid 100% then! Well the marker did not get ordered contrary to what the sales person told me to get the sale! I told them I wanted it place by my wife's birthday at the time of the sale which will not happen now. So they will tell a grieving person anything to get the sale!
We have had 3 loved ones payed to rest here and every experience has been top notch. They are very compassionate, patient, and helpful. Cindy was a pleasure to work with make a very difficult time a lot less stressful. Thanks Covington Memorial!
The staff was incredibly courteous and supportive during the passing of my father-in-law. They were flexible on arrangements and worked to make sure every need was attended to. Special thanks to Cindy, Kerri, Larry and Ron for their compassionate support. The videos, memorial card, and other special touches were well done. Burial was with dignity. We would definitely recommend their services!
I would like to thank the staff at Covington Memorial Funeral Home for their sincere care they took to making sure my loved one's funeral was taken care of with honor, dignity, and respect. Every detail was taken care of as if their own family member had passed away. They did not pressure us to spend more than our budget allowed. I was especially impressed with how well his body was prepared. He looked amazing.
After many concerns about my wife's vase being stolen with all the rest covington did everything possible to resolve the issue and was very polite resolving the issues, to the people of Covington my sincere apology and thank you very much.
