East State Veterinary Clinic: Dziak Kelly J DVM

Brought my dog back from near death. The whole team is compassionate and beyond amazing. Not too pricey, you are informed of all costs of everything before any testing. They don’t judge like other vets if you don’t want certain tests ran. I don’t normally leave reviews, east state deserves all the stars:)

Dr. Dziak and team are absolutely amazing! I truly feel like I am getting the care their animals would receive when going in there. I trust her thoughts and opinions and have for over 10 years.

The old vets we used to bring our animals to were amazing and well priced. Now, new staff who charge overly priced visits, with not as much detailed check ups nor paying attention to what you express about your animal you want checked out! And I mean by hundreds of dollars more you will pay at end of each visit! Sadly, We will not be bringing none of our fur babies back nor will my father bring his fur babies either!

All 3 of my pets have had to be seen in the last 3 months and Dr Dziak is hands down the best vet we've ever been to. She is so empathetic and knowledgable. I hope she stays in Fort Wayne forever so we never have to lose her!

Been going here with my baby's for close to 4 years, the staff is amazing and knowledgeable, priceing is lesser than most.
