Didn't appreciate the lack of compassion in notification or in getting my mom remains to me. As of to date, my keepsake urn has been at funeral home 1 week

Norma was of great help. Norma helped with things we didn't know about she's great she listens to the person she aslo very comforting

Horrible!!!!!! Mr. Ellis doesn't take care of business. He avoids phone calls, doesn't return calls, doesn't return love one's belongings, takes forever to file a claim then overcharges and is very rude. Sad he the only black fh in Fort Wayne.

This is the worst funeral home in Ft Wayne. The owner is very rude an disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to my worst enemy in their time of grief. I regret using this funeral home entirely. The owner Mr Ellis is the rudest person I've ever met. You should not have to deal with rudeness an disrespectful people in your time of grief.
