The entire staff made the process of planning a funeral for my husbands unexpected death easier than I imagined. They all shown me and my children such compassion and care through the entire process and have continued to be supportive 3 weeks later. They made the most difficult time of my life a little easier and helped with the details when I couldn’t even think straight. Recently moved to a different state and wanted to update funeral arrangements. Did on-line search and reviewed. The Alexander Funeral Home presented the best and I called to schedule an appointment. I was advised a staff person would follow up. Well, the follow up was very prompt and a meeting scheduled.nnMet with Whitney as scheduled. She was on time and prepared. A very pleasant personality, patient, listened, provided thoughtful insights, asked good questions, provided all needed information and most importantly, no sales pitches at all. The plan that was developed was my plan and there was no effort to move to something more expensive. All information was provided at the conclusion of the meeting.nnI was very impressed with the facilities and most importantly, the good and caring work of Whitney.
