Koehlers has taken care of all my family & my wife's family for generations. No body couldn't take the place of Mr. Charlie Koehler &Mr. Jim &the rest of their Employees. In 2009, My mother passed away in June 14 & my Father passed away in July 14 &my Mother in-law passed away on December 2nd. 2009.You don't realize how much they helped us not only for our parents funeral but helped us in every way possible. Thank you Koehlers being very compassionate towards all of the rest of our families Richard & Penny Monarch.

Awful customer service during a time of grief. Was so dissatisfied with the lack of emotion and compassion, I moved my grandmother to a different funeral home. I would not give these people a dime.
