Awesome COVID precautions, picked my dog up right from the car. Super great with my dog. He had a blast. I was encouraged to talk to the vet about my own concerns so that I wouldn’t have to feel left out during the checkup.

Boarded my cat with them. Super friendly and professional. My cat came back happy and healthy after a week.

They killed my dog after taking her there for a minor surgery they told me nothing on what happened after 3 calls saying shes fine then they called me saying she vomited i never met with the Surgeon/Vet that performed the surgery. It was a different 1 when i got there so i have no clue why my dog died no explanations and they let watch her choke saying i shouldn't move her wouldn't let me spend her last moments with her dad...

My family & I absolutely love Dr. Busenbark & his staff! Very welcoming, straight forward, & got straight to the issue with our dog WITHOUT charging us for test, test, & more test, like we've had vets do in the past.

Very very pleasant experience. Everyone is super nice and they take good care of the animals. They always listen to my concerns. Highly recommend.
