Cashier's are very friendly. They are personable. There aren't always enough helpers when it comes to questions. This was even before the pandemic, but if you are nice and patient, the advice and knowledge is worth it. I had a stray come to my door step and a team member helped me keep her healthy until I was able to get her shelter. Her advice genuinely helped my pet. Even if some of the advice was without benefit to the store.

Clean and organized store. Friendly, helpful staff. And reasonable prices. At the time they had an awesome sale on dog treats!

Good place for anything for your pet, whither it be a large dog, a bird or even a snake. The staff was friendly and polite. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I just moved here about month ago. I took my dog in for nail trim. Grooming yall did amazing job. Ive also been here a couple of time just getting pets stuff. There fast clean and very helpful!!!

We have been bringing our dog here for grooming for several years. She has been on the same medication the entire time. We brought her in today to get groomed and they denied service because of said medication. They informed us that this is NOT a new policy by one person, and told that it is by another...so we are very confused why we have suddenly been denied service. It would have been extremely helpful to have been told while booking the appointment that she can not be under a specific medication while being groomed. Manager then told me that this is something that is told at every appointment when checking in. This has clearly never been an issue since she has been going there for year. Manager also gave me lots of attitude and was very rude to me. I understand that they are looking out for my dogs safety, but things should have been handled in a more professional manner BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT and before my dog was medicated.
