Amazing service! Flowers were fresh and pretty!

Ordered online, bought for a friend who had just moved. Emailed the team and had great and timely responses. Followed all requests and the delivery of flowers was on time and efficient. Will probably use again for more gifts.nnEdit - 2nd Order 2020 - Order arrived perfectly, even after a screw up on the dates on my part, the first receptionist was more than willing to help and was very nice.nnThe 2nd receptionist wasn't very nice or pleasant / helpful when I rang up 2 weeks later to ensure the delivery was going to be made for my Fiancees birthday.

This was a terrible experience and I thought I was going to the best. The woman running the counter questioned if I was sure I wanted to send flowers then inserted her opinion that a card should suffice! Unreal!!! Now I understand why Reed & Cross is allocated to a tiny dark corner in a plant nursery. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere, I will never go back.

Balloons were beautiful. Vase was very nice. Florist choice so I had no idea what would arrive. During this pandemic they did as best they could. Very thankful but a call on choices would have helped more. Thank you.

Flowers, arrangement, service, delivery, attention to detail flawless. Price is reasonable. I've used Reed& Cross before this occasion and they are my go-to florist in Eugene OR.
