I called at 7:06 pm trying to get our very sick dog into be seen since they were the only vet within 2 hours open. They refused to let her in to be seen. Then my mom called begging and pleading with them at 8:30 pm to please let her be seen as she couldn’t make it through the night. They had no sympathy and because of that she did not get the help she needed. She ended up passing away after suffering for hours on end. Her suffering could have been helped if they had enough compassion to make time for a sick and dying animals. They clearly do not care about your pets. I will NEVER use this vet again and you should not either because they clearly do not care about your pets. If they did they would have taken the time to see her and helped her instead of telling us to just wait and hope she made it through the night. She didn’t make it through the night and I hope they remember this post the next time they go to turn away a sick and dying animal.

With Covid, they picked up our ferret from the car and kept us informed of the procedure by phone. It was an emergency, but they were cool to fit us in-between appointments. Cost was very reasonable, much more reasonable than other local clinics that see ferrets (All Breed Pets Care, Banfield, etc). Doc and staff were kind and explained everything clearly, like the cost and treatments for our agreement. They will call later to arrange payment, which is very helpful to stressed pets and their parents. Gave our little guy what he needs, prescribed us more meds, and the whole process took about 2.5 hours. Parking lot is next to a gas station, in case the human guardians need emergency bathroom use.

Firat time bringing my cat Georgie in. They are knowledgeable, they are compassionate, they work quickly and with care. They did the best they could to help get my kitty as healthy as possible. Worked with me to break down all the vaccines. The hours are great if you work through the week you can come in on weekends or later. They are just great at what they do. I'm happy and feel like my cats in good hands with them. A+

A family members dog was very sick on Veterans Day, saw that their website showed they were open until 11 pm, called at 8:30pm just to be put on hold for 9 mins and told that there was nothing they could do because they closed at 9pm. Even after begging and pleading for help because the dog obviously was suffering and was crying for help, they still refused to do anything about it. I get that it was a holiday, but emergencies do not care about holidays. We now have to sit and wonder if she could have been saved, and will have to on for the rest of our lives wondering what happened, with no answers, only sorrow. I have read through other reviews and some were emergencies and the animals were saved, so why did ours have to suffer?! Convenient that one of the Dr.'s names is KILbane.

Went today for my dog and cat to get yearly shots. My appointment was for 3pm, and we got there at 2:45pm since we were new pts. we called when we got there to let them know we arrived. They did not even come to get our pets untill 4:10pm for their appointment. Then after their appointment the lady called my number to get my card information for payment. Once I gave her the info, she said my animals would be out in a few minutes. A few minutes later I got a call from her again saying she needed my card info again because she messed up typing in my number. I gave her my info again, and she said they would be out in a second with my receipt and animal. Once they did bring out my animals and receipt, we finally headed home. I looked on my bank account app because I had a weird feeling. I'm glad I did because the first time they charged me it was for $2964.52, and the second time was for the correct amount of $ 296.45. I called them back upset because they never told me they accidentally charged my account almost $3000.00. They told me they did void the first amount, but it may take over 24hour to show on my bank account. This whole visit was nothing but a nightmare, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
