I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I started going to Epperson when I adopted my dog 3 years ago. The service was great and they offered a great plan. However the past few months have been TERRIBLE! The girl who works the front desk is rude and extremely unprofessional. Our service charge went up and she didn’t even give us a heads up about it! When I emailed to discuss the new charges she was so rude my husband and I decided to cancel our plan and are now looking for a new vet.

Absolutely do not recommend this Veterinary service to anyone looking for a vet. Not sure if they changed their front desk staff or not but awful customer service.
