Such wonderful car 9f our very ill cat!! She is great now!! Customer service at your car for pickup and delivery and payment over the phone. They are doing an excellent job with Covid-19 precautions. One hint, if you call while outside & get their VM, don't leave a message thinking they will call you back or come outside, they do not get notificati8n of VM to check it, just hang up give them a couple minutes to finish up what took them away from being able to answer phone and call back.

Dr. Laura and her staff are simply THE BEST!!!! They go out of their way to answer questions and provide kind gental care to our pets. We have had both of our dogs seen in this office and could not ask for any better care. Dr. Laura and her staff are top notch professionals in a clean, kind, and caring atmosphere. We would recommend this clinic to everyone in need of a veterinarian. Thank you for all you do.

I live in Chicago but was visiting my Mom in rural Indiana. My dog got into something in the forrest and had a nasty rash. This is the local vet that takes care of her horses, so I called for advice. They offered me an appointment within a few hours. Despite COVID making procedures more complicated than normal (the technicians had to come to your vehicle as people weren't allowed inside), the visit was amazingly quick. I got there about 15 min early and they took my dog in straight away. Before I knew it he was back at my car with 15 days worth of allergy meds. Plus the Dr. had lanced 2 tiny cysts he had on his ear. The entire process from drive in to drive out took less than 40 min and the bill... With medication, for a last minute appt... Was less than $80! This clinic is wonderful! I have definitely found my vet in Parke county.
