We just had the pleasure to use Allen funeral home for are beloved mother Evelyn griffith. Great place, very clean, doesn’t feel like a depressing funeral home. The funeral director Amanda is the best. Very patient, goes above and beyond. Went to every funeral home b4 we picked Allen and know 100% now that we made the right decision. During the most difficult time of our lives, Allen Funeral Home went up and beyond. David was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our many phone calls. They walked us through the entire process. They were kind, gentle, and gave very helpful advice on how to get through the service.nnWhen it came time to separate my father's Ashes, I expected to drop off the erns and pick them up later. However, Amanda went up and beyond. She was able to separate them in less than 30 minutes. I explained how I was going to take a small amount for a special purpose. Amanda took it upon herself to complete this task so I didn't have too. I was extremely impressed how proficient and kind she was at a VERY difficult time.nnThank you David, Amanda and the rest of the staff at Allen Funeral Home.

My 17 year old daughter died in a house fire. It was extremely traumatic, and Amanda at Allen Funeral Home was the worst funeral director I could have imagined.nThe fire happened december 19, 2019. I paid for the funeral in full on December 20. Services were the 23rd. I have yet to even receive my child's death certificate, or keepsake ashes.

I highly recommend Allen Funeral, after my brother died they walked us through every step showed sympathy and empathy. The kindness shown was beyond what we expected. John made us feel comfortable and at ease during such a tragic time in our lives.

Our family has used Allen funeral home for many years and they have always been so kind and accommodating. We will continue to use them in the future.
