She is honest, can explain issues if any, is knowledgeable about registering requirements necessary to be certified and has fair prices.
Dr. Maxwell is friendly and knowledgeable, but does not take the time to make a connection.. she doesn't take time to explain conditions and disease progression.. I went for a second opinion in Portland and had a much different and positive experience.nI recommend Portland for canine ophthalmology.
