They did a great job taking care of my old boy kitty Buddy. Worked him in so he didn't have to suffer.

My mother has taken her 18 year old cat there for at least the last 10 years. On the early morning of Thursday June 18th she told me that her cat needed to be put down. Pearle as been going downhill the past few months. I call this office at about 9 am. I explained my mother had been a customer for a long time. And that her cat had deteriorated quite a bit over night and should be put down. The lady put me on hold and come back and said they could not see us today. I asked her to speak with my mother. Mom got on the phone and asked to be seen as soon as possible. And was told it could not happen. After calming my mother down I starting calling other vet clinics. We found a place not too far from home. Drove there and they immediately helped us. My mom held Pearle in her arms while the helped her pass on. All of this care and kindness that this particular clinic would not offer! I am sure if someone had to wait an additional 10 minutes due to this emergency they would have understood. Do yourself and your pets a favor and find somewhere else. This lack of service and empathy shown my mother is completely unnecessary.nnIf possible I would have given this clinic a negative star rating!nnThanks for the reply. Its too little and too late. How many old cats named Pearle do you have as patients? I am 100% positive I called the right clinic. In fact my mother gave me the number. Shame on you for trying to brush this off, I pass by your clinic several times a week. So I do know what and who I called!
