Airport Animal Emergi-Center: Naum Robert DVM

My dog had an allergic reaction and was given emergency treatment that was appropriate but not over done. Left with a bill of $171 which would have been about the same as my home vet the next day.

Great service, caring and knowledgeable vets. I took my dog in on a Saturday evening with for an eye injury. They worked him in quickly and we were there just over an hour. Would definitely consider going again for emergency.

Unfortunately had to bring my 12 year old dog here on a Saturday night around midnight. The door was locked upon arrival but someone finally let us in. They looked at us like we were crazy but allowed us to come in. Before even listening to what our issue was they made sure to go over pricing and telling us it was due at time of service. Meanwhile, my dog is dying in my arms. After filling out paperwork they finally took us to the back. The veterinarian that was on duty had absolutely no manners. He was very unkind and less than helpful. They wanted almost $400 just for the bloodwork not counting the exam fee. He pretty much said he wouldn't help us without the blood work. I paid the $270 for their exam and some pain meds. I took my dog home and took him to his regular vet on Monday. He was in renal failure and had to be euthanized. I think the staff should learn to be a little more kind considering why people are there in the first place. The place was not very clean at all. I would not recommend this place unless it is a last resort and you have nowhere else to go.

Amazing staff!!! The doctor was wonderful with our kitty Clayton. He is honest and does not charge you for unnecessary treatments. I would take my pets here again in a heartbeat if needed!! Also, the nurses and receptionists are friendly and treat your pets like family.
