Broad Ripple Animal Clinic

I had to put my beloved Paka to sleep. The staff at BRAC were so nice, very caring and sympathetic. They even made a nice space for us to say our last goodbyes. They helped make a hard time a little easier. I love the staff here and won't take my animals anywhere else. Even with the COVID procedures, they try their best to make it a personalized experience.

Hands down the best place to take your pets! My dog suffers from major anxiety, especially when I can’t be with him at the vets due to COVID. Dr. Cruise and her team handled him so well! They were incredibly patient and kind to him! He seemed really happy when they brought him to me! I won’t take him anywhere else! Dr. Cruise is the best veterinarian I’ve ever had for my dog!

Brought my dog Teddy to the clinic and he was treated so well! Both Dr. Barr and her assistant Tori were extremely professional and took their time explaining each process of what was being done with my pup. It is very evident they care about each pet and want to provide the best care possible. 10/10!

Very friendly and professional staff. I do not agree with owners not being allowed in with their pets. There are enough ways to keep it safe so at least one adult owner could go in with the pet. Especially for a sick pet or one that has anxiety issues. This is at all vets offices as we have a senior dog that goes to another vet. However, at this particular clinic if you discuss your concerns, I believe they will consider 1 adult going in.

We love BRAC and have been clients for 10 years now. They understand people who get worried about their pets. They respond to pet owners like pets are their children and that's pretty fantastic because that's how we feel about them. The staff is friendly. Everyone is very timely and responsive. Honestly, I wish some of our human doctors worked like this.
