Eric Austin was wonderful in helping us to arrange the visitation and committal service for my father. He is warm, engaging, and an excellent listener. I can’t recommend him highly enough. My family is very thankful for the staff's kindness, care and professionalism in helping us at the time of our mother's funeral. We were always able to reach a staff member by telephone and used email to send signed documents. Joseph even arranged a teleconference with my siblings and I so that we could plan the funeral, since we all live out of town and could not get together at the mortuary for this meeting. The wonderful staff was a blessing to us at our time of need.
