Perfect experience. I called them late in the day right before a holiday. They accommodated my request and delivered to my parents 3-4 hours later. The arrangement was stunning, fresh, and my parents loved it!nnGreat customer service, great design, great value.

I called several florists asking for a willow tree figurine to be placed in an arrangement. No one had them and honestly were quite short with me. I called Love at First Sight and Design (Raw Flower Design), and even though they didn’t have the figurine , the designer googled where to find one locally so shencould place in the ordered arrangement. To some this seems like a lot of effort but once she heard this order was for my close friend who was going to experience her first chemo treatment, she spared no effort to design a beautiful arrangement. Since I am out of state, she sent me photographs and scheduled to have it delivered once my friend returned from the hospital. It’s businesses like this one, who go above and beyond, that people should always support. They expressed empathy and concern for our friend and delivered a professionally designed and mostnAmazingly beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price!

This florist is amazing! I wanted to send thank you flowers to family in Indianapolis - but I live in St. Louis, so I wasn't super familiar with the florist scene in Indy. But after conducting a search and reading some glowing reviews/browsing their Instagram page, I selected Raw Flower Design. I'm SO happy I did. Ordering was super easy and convenient from their website and they were very responsive to follow-up emails in selecting color, etc. The delivery fee was also VERY reasonable ($12) and delivery was on time. On delivery day, they even sent me photos of the orchid I ordered and I could not have been happier with the result. The orchid is gorgeous and the recipients loved the flowers! Outstanding customer service - I will definitely be ordering from here again!! Thank you!

Was great service and intime delivery. Very responsive and professional. My friend felt very happy and surprised and all credit goes to Raw Flower Design. I highly recommend this flower boutique. Once again thanks for making my friend birthday very special.

Amazing customer service! We've gotten flowers here twice and have been extremely happy with the arrangements. Both times we were kept up to date on all details of our order/delivery and treated like family. I would highly recommend for any occasion!
