Crestview Animal Hospital: Pagan, Juan J.

I took my Maine Coon cat here for it’s annual exam/shots and loved it. We will start using this vet from now on. Dr. Pagan spent a very long time with us, all on the floor so that my cat was more relaxed! He took his time and we never felt rushed. He made sure our questions were answered and really took the time to get to know our cat. And, their prices were better than other vets we compared them to. Great experience. Highly recommend Dr. Pagan.

On our first (of three) visit, we were in the waiting room and overheard a technician telling a client on the phone that, when a pet has to be put to sleep, they charge extra for you to be in the room with them; $35. This is horrifying and we immediately chose that very second to not make this place our primary vet.nnAdditionally, dealing with the staff, I.e. front desk, is equivalent to a horse track betting counter, or maybe like a sitcom version of the old diner waitress too old to care and smoking while taking your order...you know, like “WADDA YA WANT.” Some of the most surly people I have dealt with.nnConversely, the doctor we had, Pagan, is great. Very informative, goes above and beyond, and genually cares. He was calling us at 9pm with results/info, and it seemed as if he was going to help other patients just the same.nnSo the doctors are great, but the place is outdated. They gotta send you out to another facility for anything outside of an xray, they don’t take Care Credit, and if you don’t have enough money they might say OH WELL! to you being with your loved one in their last moments? And be sighing like you’ve annoyed them the whole time?nnNo thanks.

I've been Going to Chris you animal hospital for over 20 years and they haven't failed me yet with any my cats or dogs. To be real honest I would not take my animals anywhere else

I brought my Shar pei for a visit. My dog can be difficult because he does not like strangers. Dr Pagan took the time to make my dog more comfortable. He was helpful and answered all my questions. He even reviewed my dogs nutrition to make sure my little fellow does not get too fat from snacking. Great visit for check up.

Cured my pup's yeasty ear infection right up!
