We brought our two pomeranian in for grooming, specifically said do not shave them and don't cut their tails. Apparently the groomer here knows only one way to groom, and that is shave them. Our female has Knicks all over her and now has to be treated for it. They said she has bad skin. She hasn't had bad skin for the last eight years, but now she does. Both of our dogs are digging and have problems. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

The best animal care around. Dr Kiefer and his staff are all very friendly and always very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my cat in due to an upper respratory infection. She was an old girl, and was very sick. Dr.Kiefer did everything in his power to keep her alive. Unfortunately, she beyond help. He showed so much sympathy to me and my family. I had her from the age of 8. She was my best friend. He knew this, and made sure I was there for every step of the way. The staff is amazing. I honestly would not have survived this without them.

My husband and I were driving through Indiana to try and get to Wisconsin for a vacation along with our dog. While on our way, my husband noticed my dogs abdomen was full. They were the first vet hospital to come up on google and we called. We brought him in and they took him back right away. He was internally bleeding due to an error in his neuter that happened earlier that week. Dr. Kiefer and his staff were amazing! There is no doubt in our mind that he saved our dog. We can’t thank him and his staff enough! It been over a week and our dog is doing better than we imagined. We would go to Dr. Kiefer if we lived in Indiana, no doubt.
