Banfield Pet Hospital

Had Dr. Giergbolini (Dr. G) when she was in Plainfield right before we moved to Florida. Recently moved back to Greenfield called to make and appointment to check out a new vet for my dogs. I was asking about their vets and didn't even know Dr. G was at this location. When I found out I was so THRILLED to have her back taking care of my dogs. I don't trust a lot of vets due to a unfortunate incident with the vet in Florida, so I am very picky. I drove 40 miles one way to take my dogs to Dr. G I would have drove 100 miles one way to take my dogs back to Dr. G wherever she might be. She is the BEST vet around, very caring and takes the time to talk to a nervous pet owner if something is wrong. So GLAD to be back in Indiana and so GLAD to have Dr. G back for my babies. LOVE HER

They fit my dog for an appointment within 24 hours, and the visit was the quickest I've ever had at a Banfield! Zero wait over we were there and the vet came out to speak to me right afterward. There was some miscommunication between the tech and ver regarding medication, but it was cleared up with a simple phone call.

Prices high and praying my cat gets better. Nice employee's. Why inside pet smart, is beyond me....

My dog Luther is my family. When i call Bansfield it is nice to have a cheery voice answer the phone. So I walk in and am so relieved that Kelsey and Serita are sitting at the desk. They are professional, compassionate and friendly. You don't always get that with some of the others working the desk. These two are the best and make me comfortable knowing they are caring for my family. Dr Cannon and Dr Hall just complete the package of a great team.

My furbaby loves her vet Dr. Padgett. She has been seeing her since we adopted one another. They are always so helpful regardless if I call or pop in. Scheduling is always easy and having to walk through PetSmart to get there is a plus.
