Recently purchased a winter white hamster. The sales associate Lindsay was very knowledgeable about hamsters and very helpful with recommending items that would assure a happy hamster. I was very pleased with the service overall. The store was very clean and did not carry a strong smell of animals.

Good value; good service. I love to browse. And I always walk out with something to take home to my kitten.

can't begin to tell how disappointed we are whit Pet smart grooming services. first the employees are very rude and unprofessional. They refused to groom our dog because she had a few knots and it was to difficult for the employee to get it accomplished. The assistant manager couldn't explain to me why they could do it before but no now. It seems we have to bring our dog in pristine conditions. It looks like they are very busy and no need more clients.
