Management is doing there best try and keep you safe as you enter the store. The store is very clean and well stocked. Nice place to shop
I have just been AMAZED at how incredible this Trader Joe's is doing during COVID. Of course, their employees are always so friendly and helpful, but their great attitudes are even more welcome during this trying time. The way they are limiting the number of guests in the store, wiping down every shopping cart in front of you, having you wait at a distance from the cashiers, and even the nice shade tents outside as you wait to go in....they've truly thought of everything! Grocery shopping at begun to get very anxiety-provoking for me, until I came to Trader Joe's. The attention to detail has been incredibly reassuring. Thank you so much!
I love this store and wish there was one anywhere on the west side of Indianapolis. The prices are reasonable, the freshness unbeatable, and it's always clean and well stocked. You will not find friendlier customer service anywhere. So many healthier versions of comfort food favorites. Plus endless produce, specialty cheeses, treats, and affordable wine and beers. Treat yourself to some fresh flowers or potted herbs.
Great people. Most always have what I need. Great job with cleaning carts and limiting customers in store for safety. They might consider unidirectional aisles.
It's always a pleasure. Everyone is focused on customer service. I go every week just to restore my faith in humanity.
