I took my dogs here to get spayed and neutered. The vet and the techs were very friendly and answered all my questions. The doctor took the time to find a pharmacy that had the prescriptions we needed for the lowest cost without me even asking him to! He called me after I had left to tell me that he was sending the prescription to Kroger because it was cheaper than where he had originally told me he was sending them. I definitely recommend this place!

The people here, unfortunately had to help me put down one of my cats. They were supportive, caring, and very respectful. I couldnt have asked for a better place to take my pets. I have gone here a total of 3 years now and they always fo the best job out of any places in indy I've been to.

We brought our dog in to see if she was pregnant. They did x-rays even though we wanted an ultrasound because we weren't sure if she was far enough along for it to show on an x-ray. They said they didn't see anything, but would send them out for analysis. They said they would email it to us. They never did. Turns out, they never even got the analysis back. We lost 3 puppies because we didn't know there were more in there, and the x-ray analysis would have told us that there were. We had to emergency c-scection and spay our dog because the puppies died and we would have been able to save them if we knew. If they had only asked for it and sent it to us. Instead, they just wanted us to wait two weeks and bring her in so that they could get another $300 -$400 out of us. DO NOT go here for anything pregnancy related.

We took our dog here, and the first experience was incredible, they were courteous, compassionate and professional, even in the face of this pandemic. I have called them a few times with questions and they have been nothing but friendly and attentive. I appreciate the help and time that they’ve put into my dog and I and look forward to working with them more in the future
