How do I even start to praise this company.. Well lets start with the answering service. It was Labor day weekend when my father passed unexpectedly. I was trying to get a plan together through the grief and after talking to several larger companies, I stumbled across Cremation Society of IN. It was 8:45 on a Saturday night and I called to leave a message. When someone answered, I was taken off guard. He was very polite and the FIRST person who stopped to give condolences prior to talking shop. He assured me that someone would call me asap. It wasn't 10 min before Brad called. He was so kind, reassuring, and helped give me and my family some peace. He helped through the whole process and was always available for my questions. After the cremation was complete, we met with Tonya to pick up my dad's ashes. She was so understanding and explained how things worked, made copies for all three of us kids, and offered services that we didn't even think about. I could go on all day. If you are in a position that you need your loved one cared for after their passing, please consider using Cremation Society Of Indiana. No one ever expects to have to make final arrangements for a younger sibling but, if you find yourself in that place, call Cremation Society Of Indiana & ask for Tonya. I happen to be 2,000 miles from my home town of Indy. Even by phone, Tonya made me feel like she was right by my side. Our experience at the Cremation Society was exceptional. Everyone we had contact with did the utmost to help us through the process. Kristen walked us through what our options were and what was going to happen when the time came. When the men came to the house they were respectful and treated my father in law with dignity. Again they explained what they were doing and offered to answer any questions the family had before they left. We dealt with several people throughout the process and whether it was Kristin, Michelle or Raenada we got exceptional care.

I would highly recommend this place. Tonya was extremely helpful throughout the process. This place is very affordable and no hidden fees. Just a little advice for those who on a budget, buying your own urn online saves you money.
