Called Steve's - then ordered online - seamless! Great website - picture perfect and very user friendly - delightful to work with! The arrangement was simply perfection - order was from K Roell to Ms Miller. Great follow-up and communication. Truly outstanding to work with and the family go to florist for endless years. *Gorgeous flowers. Great prices. Quick delivery-nnI absolutely love using Steve’s ! I’ve been using them quite often since the pandemic prevents me from seeing my loved ones. Always a quick delivery - great prices and BEAUTIFUL QUALITY pieces. They always last such a long time. They also go ABOVE AND BEYOND to create pieces you’re satisfied with and will work with you on your budget and what your goal is/the feelings you’re trying to get across. Love them and will continue to use them for every occasion.

Very happy with the help and service from Steve's Flowers and Gifts. I was making an online order from England for a friend who lives in Indianapolis. I had to email Steve as I had some issues completing the online order form, he responded promptly & was very helpful. He also emailed a photo of the flower arrangement to show me before it was delivered. Thank you to Steve & team. I'd use their service again & happy to recommend them.

I had never even heard of Steve’s Flowers until I googled flower shops for a gift for someone in that area. I am so impressed with this place that I will start using them every chance I get. Their website is easy to use and I love the fact you can add extra little things to each delivery. I added chocolate turtles to the flowers delivery. What I love the most is the fact that they send an email with a picture of the finished product before it leaves the shop. I also got an email telling me when it was delivered. Lastly I received a follow up email with this review link to make sure I am happy with my experience and to see if there is anything they could do better. They have earned my business!!

The ordering process was super simple. The customer service was fantastic. The execution and follow through was perfect - appreciated the photo at delivery confirmation. Most importantly, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and brought the recipient to tears. Thank you Steve's Flowers and Gifts!
