My cat had been puking for over 24 hours. He has kidney disease so I was very worried. I made an appointment, and I was told there was either an appointment at 9:30am or I could do a drop off at 8:30am. Since he’s sick and hates going to the vet I opted for the 9:30 appointment. I get there and I’m told it’s not an appointment, it’s a drop off. I already went through the pain of driving him there, so I figured fine, let’s do it now since he’s sick. 5 hours later no one called me for an update. I called them, we discussed treatment options, they wanted to do $220 of blood work. I said is that all necessary? We could just test his kidney values. They said they would talk to the vet and call me back shortly with her recommendations. An hour and a half passed, no call. I called back, they told me to come get him and we’ll discuss options when I get there. We didn’t really discuss anything, I wanted to have them do the kidney value blood work but they just sent me home with nausea medicine. Super disappointed, my poor kitty spent probably 6 hours there by the time this was all over.nnEdit: my cat passed away 2 days after seeing them. I went there on a Friday, and he wasn’t puking anymore on Saturday so I thought he was doing better. However, Sunday morning he was puking again and I found dried blood around his mouth so I took him to an emergency vet. His kidneys were failing, and there wasn’t enough time to save him. I can’t help but think if they had done the blood work instead of dismissing me that my cat might have lived. I had that sweet boy for 12 years and now he’s just gone. I can’t help but think they played a part. Either way, he spent 6 hours of one of his last days sitting in a cage in a vet’s office.
A sweet kitty found us and we took her in. She was with us for a few weeks and then one day she couldn't keep anything down. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment with Banfield almost immediately. The staff were all wonderful and quick to help us solve issues. They discovered she had a chip and we were able to return her to her original owner in good health! Yay!
I took my puppy here because he was super lethargic, swollen face, and clearly had a skin infection. I was not allowed in the exam room and spent most of my time talking to the vet tech instead of the doctor. When the doctor finally came out to talk to me she was rude and very uninterested in anything I had to say (regarding previous conditions and illnesses). Long story short she sent me home with a common antibiotic and didn't do ANYTHING to try to find the cause of his condition. Now here I am 2 weeks later, prescriptions finished and he's in the exact same condition as he was when I took him in. I am of course at a different vet who immediately took skin samples and blood to find the cause of his problem. Don't waste your time or money here

This team is extremely friendly and professional. I feel respected and that my cat is going to get the best care here. Unlike other vets, I do not feel pressured to give them money for things that are not necessary.
