Dr. Kaiser was absolutely amazing! He was super gentle with my bunny and I could just tell that he genuinely cared about his well being and the best way to help him. He was very sympathetic to me and my concerns for my bunny's health. All of the staff that I interacted with were super nice and professional. And it was much more affordable than I thought! I'm so happy that I took my bunny here and I'll recommend this vet to everyone I know with pets. Thank you so much for delivering such exceptional care and customer service!

They took such good care of my dog Lola I will be back the doctor was excellent and so is the nurse. She went for an eye infection so she had to get a cornea scan.. It was a little pricey because she got 3 separate medications but it was not expensive it was very affordable and they are very loving towards animals... The doctor he is awesome. Avalon is by far the best clinic we have ever visited. They are kind, compassionate, and extremely gentle with our little guy. We recently had his teeth cleaned, and I was extremely nervous about the anesthesia. The ENTIRE staff was extremely knowledgeable and ready to answer every question I had. They were able to put me entirely at ease, and now our Pomeranian is happy, healthy and has a brilliant little smile. You can’t go wrong with the Avalon team. They will take excellent care of your furry friends!

I’ve been looking for a good vet for my dog for over a year since I moved and I’ve loved taking her to Avalon. She is very protective over me and doesn’t do well with new people, also has a terrifying bark, but the staff here handles her wonderfully. I have a dog that is sick fairly often from a surgery in the past and they’ve done a great job at helping me find things that will hell her feel better each time she gets sick for a day or two.

The staff here are kind to their patients and show genuine care for their well-being. And they have demonstrated patience and empathy for my Bella's human parental unit. And I thank them for that in these dangerous, surreal times.
