The folks were so easy to deal with. I ordered, goofed it up as usual, and ended up speaking with both the arranger and the delivery driver. Both were just plain nice. Easy to talk to, relaxed, helpful, understanding, cheerful, etc. Considering that I made their jobs more difficult than it had to be, I really appreciated the courtesies. I always expect professionalism from anyone I give my money to, but sometimes someone goes beyond that and I notice, and it makes me feel good, if only for a few seconds.nnI'll use this crew every time. Plus, the flowers were gorgeous!

To go shopping for flowers the Saturday prior to Mother's Day is a crazy idea. I made multiple calls to local florists trying to find a flower arrangement for my daughter-in-law, who had just delivered our first granddaughter to us the day previous. Upon calling Chase, they had two arrangements made that I could choose from, so we headed from west Eugene to Springfield. By the time we arrived, both were sold. Upon hearing our story of a first-time mother and first grandchild, it was decided that they would pause the order filling and do an bouquet for us. It was beautiful and included sunflowers, which was what we really wanted. Thanks to all that helped. It is service like this that earns a customer for life.
