Indiana Funeral Care

My husband death was sudden and he was taken to a funeral home in our town. This funeral home was going to charge our family $4000.00 just for a basic cremation. My daughter called around and called the Indiana Funeral and they were so nice, understanding and did not pull any punches. We appreciate the way it was handled.nnThank you all from my family. You all made a time that was bad for us to a time that we didn't worry and allowed us to mourn.

I want to praise Doug Gibson for helping me step by step through the pre-planning of my own FUNeral! He smoothed out the rough patches and explained everything to me. He was professional when he needed to be, but had a great sense of humor too! I know I'm not dead yet, but I feel like I will be in good trusting hands! Thanks Doug! Cheryl.

It has taken us over a year to write a review, but we feel it is necessary. Our son was still-born at 40 weeks in January 2019. We chose Indiana Funeral Care simply because my wife had driven by it before on her way to work. We could not have been happier with our decision. I called to set up arrangements and a time to meet in person, and the woman I spoke to was so compassionate, kind, and respectful -I wish I could remember her name! When we did meet in person, with Melissa, she introduced us to the woman who answered the phone and we got to give her a huge hug. They respected all of our decisions and treated us like we were the most important customers they ever had. We were blown away by their service and would recommend Indiana Funeral Care to anyone.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I purchased flowers on their website and they were delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted them regarding the error, I was received with rude remarks and negative attitude. This was suppose to be something to show the family how much I love them and to offer my condolences, but has turned into a nightmare. I would suggest using a company that has caring and compassionate employees.

Words can’t even express how grateful I am to this funeral home for the care that they provide it for me and my dad. Not only did they make everything extremely easy but they were very compassionate and understanding. They were very careful with the words to make sure that I felt comforted. They make everything simple and easy to understand because when someone passes your brain is in 1 million different places. They even text me a month after my dad passed just to check on me that is top-notch service. I am so thankful for the care the Indiana funeral care!
