This place is incredible! We had to take our boxer in this past Monday as she couldn't walk, and they advised her spine had deteriorated and the treatment she would need was medication she was already on for arthritis. The vet did advise of a surgical option, but was upfront and stated we cannot guarantee it would work.. At that time we made the difficult decision for Sasha to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone at this Vet's office was so caring and understanding as we were losing our beloved pet. They were by us through the whole process and never rushed us on telling Sasha good bye. I would highly recommend if you ever need an emergency vet.

Took my baby boy for a Mast Cell Tumor and they really knew what they were doing to help him out. They were so good with us and his care. I was not as scared to death because of how much they knew about what was going on with my boy and they explained in detail about the plan for surgery. I highly recommend them for a life changing situation that involves your family member.

Although today's visit with the Vet Specialist was expensive, it was 1) Worth it and; 2) A reminder of what we lost when Dr. Scott Borter passed. The specialist, Dr. Kelli Mossine, DVM, is excellent. She took 2 hours with Wilbur and then spoke with me for over half an hour. She reminded me of DR. Borter. Direct, no BS, upfront and having Wilbur's best interest at heart. The vet we have been seeing did not do any x-rays or blood work. Dr. Mossine did both and the results were encouraging. His heart and lungs look really good, his blood work was really good, the issues are his lower back. And while this cannot be cured she changed up his medication and gave us a physical therapy regimen to help Wilbur get around. Wilbur's appetite is excellent, his mind is sharp, he takes care of himself and, oddly, he seemed to be in a better mood after we got home. I appreciate Dr. Mossine's candor

I feel that my cat and I were treated well and that my concerns were addressed. It was pricey, but that's how it goes with emergency medicine, especially on a holiday weekend. I was spoken to with kindness and kept informed about what procedures would be performed and how much they would cost ahead of time. I really appreciate that they gave my cat his medicine by injection so that I wouldn’t have to wrestle pills into his mouth at home. My cat is feeling much better.

This facility was very clean & staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint was the 4 hour wait before we were able to be seen with nobody checking in on us or our dog (which is understandable, especially during these times, but a check-in every hour or so would be appreciated).nThe front desk clerks were amazing, informative, and very personable. The hospitality of the staff & how friendly everybody was blew me away. All of the girls seemed to truly have my dog's best interest in mind, and the cost was excellent, too.nWould be 5 stars easily if I didn't have to spend 9 hours there to get a lump checked, but with COVID, everybody can only do their best.
