Joseph was absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond, they took great care of my father! Unfortunately I’ve been involved in many funerals, this place is Outstanding!

Little & Sons Funeral HomennManager was HORRIBLE!! Absolutely NO compassion whatsoever. This was my little sisters funeral and we were limited on the number of people that could be in the room, due to the virus. I went with my brother in law and her son to make the arrangements. Being also 80 years old and from Florida, I was concerned about standing outside in the cold weather. Becky was the youngest of nine in the family. I specifically asked, since there were going to be several elderly people in the group, if we could sit in small groups in other rooms. I was told absolutely we could, as well as there was a room downstairs that we could use. We were told that we could bring our own food to that room or that they would provide it for us if we wanted. (At an extra charge, naturally). We did not want food served, but were told that they would provide coffee and bottled water.nnAbout 30 minutes after the viewing started I asked my daughter to please get me a bottle of water downstairs. She was stopped and told that she could NOT go down there, as if she did they would have to “clean” that room! (First of many upsetting episodes). About 30 minutes later, after setting in the car in the parking lot to stay out of the cold wind, I told this lady that I was told that we could use this room and that we WERE going to use it! At that time about ten of the family members gathered in that room without even a cup of hot coffee to warm us up! About every ten minutes Little Hitler came down the stairs to be sure that there was only a few of us down there! Upstairs he was keeping busy telling people that they had to stay outside, because there were only allowed ten people in the BUILDING!! (This included her husband, her son and the Minister, leaving only seven people in the building for the service). He was HORRIBLE, even threatening to call the police at one point! (He didn’t realize that there were already several members of law enforcement there already!). He was very disrespectful to several guests, but the the WORST was when he screamed at my sister in law to get out of the building! Please note that the service was about to begin and she was sitting just inside the door, not even in the same room as the service! (She is in her eighties!). He was shouting so loud that my dead sisters son (who was in another room) came out to see what was all of the commotion was about! He was told that if she did not leave the building that he would cancel the service!!! My nephew who was naturally grieving the death of his Mother, was so furious that he could hardly breath!nnI could go on about several things, but the crowning glory was when my nephew asked him why he was yelling at so many of the guests, his answer was “Because they yelled at him!” Such an appropriate answer for management to say to a grieving family, let alone to a group of ELDERLY GUESTS!!nnBy the way, “Little Hitler” also told us that we could only have ten people at the graveside service (outside)! Guess what we told him?!?

A friend of mine passed away when I was 16. The service was held at this home. It was a beautiful service and they accommodated the unexpected amount of guests very well. It was a sad experience but this business handled it in a graceful and professional manner.
