I called them right after I got off work. The eta in my GPS was very close to the time they were going to close. They said that they wouldn’t close up until I got there. Very nice people. Beautiful flowers sold by a family of three generations.
I called on short notice from Florida to order a money tree plant for an Indy high school graduate. They were expecting a shipment in a couple of days and promised to get it out the afternoon the received them. The lady who assisted me picked a beautiful plant and fixed it up special with some silk flowers. Delivery was as promised and my granddaughter was thrilled! I will without a doubt use Reeds in the future. Thank you, Reeds!
Fantastic place! Ordered online and they delivered same day! Called me to confirm a few things and the lady I spoke to was wonderful and sweet. Prices were outstanding. Always support local businesses!
I did like the shop until I ordered and received no delivery and no phone call. I had to search for an email that came from another company that said my order was canceled because my address was outside of the delivery area when they’ve delivered to the same address several times. I can understand the change due to covid but it could’ve been communicated better. The lady at reeds was very rude from the moment she answered and acted as if she was rushing me off the phone. She kept placing blame and telling me I ordered through a flower network and not them but I did in fact order from reedsflowershop.net and knew nothing about being redirected to any outside network. She could’ve easily explained that they have an outside company that handles the process and gave me the information properly but instead told me to call them because “we don’t have your money”..some customer service! Won’t ever order there again
Super helpful, kind and lovely ladies helped me with an arrangement for a funeral. Highly recommend.
