City Way Animal Clinics - Fall Creek Place

They are closer to my house. Once I got into the vet the place is so clean, very courteous, and extremely thorough. I received great assistance for my aggressive cat. And found out what's wrong with my other cat - teeth issues. I don't like the centralized call customer service center. However if you are at the vet you can press 1 and it will get you to your vet's office. Let me say again, this vet was very very clean!!!

They did great with our Goldendoodle. She is super timid and they gave her plenty of time to warm up to them & she left there happier than we have ever left a vets office. High recommend!

My pup has had the same vet for 6 years, so when I moved cities I was having anxiety over finding her a new vet. After calling 80+ other vets, and hearing how rude they were just on the phone, it was refreshing to have a chipper professional voice when I called to schedule an appointment.nnWe had our appointment today and the entire place was very clean, and everyone was so nice!nnThey looked at my pups teeth and did some blood work. They were very sweet to my dog and even while they shut the door and went down the hall to do her bloodwork, I could still hear them talking to her and discussing her. It always remained caring and professional!nnNo side gossiping or chit chat. They didn’t take their attention from keeping my pup calm while they drew blood.nnI wasn’t pressured into buying anything and my dog wasn’t anxious at all and napped on the way home. I think we found our new vet!nThe prices aren’t high , the exact same as my tiny vet in Fort Wayne, which was a shock because the place looks fancy!

They used to be good, but they have went downhill. They just left me sitting in a waiting room over an hour to tell me that they want to send me home with downers to try again. My pup is having trouble with the mask and I get rescheduling but there is no reason to wait over an hour to tell me that. Never gave her a second chance so the waiting was absolutely a waste. The vet that saw my cat last week had to ask all the questions we had already told the tech because she didn’t look at the chart. They are just careless and rude ever since the good folks went on the start up the Irvington location. Don’t waste your time

Still waiting on a refund from a month ago... very unprofessional. Save time and go somewhere else.
