I can tell they care about my pup. Great hours as well. And super responsive.

Never have I ever experience such rude people at an institution in my life. You would think for the price you pay here (which far exceeds relative pricing in surrounding areas/vets) you would receive kind customer service and your pet would be taken care of effectively. I love the vet’s here, they’re always professional and kind, however any other person I’ve encountered whether be vet techs or over the phone, they are always unhelpful and unkind. I’ve left here multiple times in tears because of the treatment of myself or my animals. I had such high hopes with such great reviews, but I will definitely be going somewhere else, and if you’re thinking of going here for the first time: it is not worth your time nor money.

Staff were friendly, on time. Vet was knowledgeable. My dog Iroh loved it!

I recently switched from another vet provider to Fountain Square Animal Clinic and am so happy I did so. The staff is always friendly, the vet techs are so knowledgeable and kind, and the vets are awesome. They do such a thorough job and I can tell my pups are in great care. I plan to stay with them for the long haul!
