Today is my cousin's (Sean Hunter) funeral service.... literately at this moment. Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus we are unable to attend physically. However, were advised we could attend virtually. I went to the website and was unable to view the service. I contacted the funeral home and spoke with Jimmy who advised there was an issue with the connectivity and they were currently working on it. I said okay. He said you just have to keep checking. I said okay, I'm currently on your website and a do not see an area for the virtual ceremonies. Please tell me where exactly to look so when it comes up I can view. This man repeated to me three times just go to the website... Though I told him I was there from the very beginning. This is a sad day for my family and unfortunately they can not get the physical support and love needed... Apparently they will not have it virtually as well. This business needs to work on better communication skills. Especially, when dealing with grieving families and friends.

I had an awesome experience here . The funeral service for my son was beautiful they had him looking good and it looked like he was sleeping the staff was respectful and patient with me and my family I am very happy with my experience with them.

Avoid this place if at all possible. We made an agreement for the cost of service & they decided to take more money from my grandmother's account than we had agreed to...almost $800 more. I was told the money would be returned weeks ago and it hasn't. They messed up because I keep everything! I have my signed paperwork from them & what they sent to the nursing home. They will be hearing from the family attorney soon.

Please avoid dealing with these non-professionals at all cost. Unfortunately my father's remains were left in the care of these individuals, and so began one of the worst experiences of my life. The funeral home director refused to talk to me on the phone, yelled at me, hung up on me and only attempted to contact me when they needed my signature for payment. They were rude, unprofessional and non-responsive. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and this sorry excuse for business even refused to respond to them. Check out their reviews with the BBB, they have a D- rating, and filed for bankruptcy in 2018. They can't even handle their own business affairs, much less the affairs of your loved one. Do your homework, then leave your loved ones in the hands of a company who will at least go through the trouble of pretending to care about more than an insurance check.

It was a wonderful place to celebrate a life! Nice people. Great Hammond organ!
