Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services

My brother passed in Indianapolis and we had to arrangements for his cremation from Oregon. I chose this place because it was affordable and it had a good review from someone else that dealt with them long distance. But our experience was not good. It took three messages and and email over the course of 2 1/2 weeks to get a phone call back from the funeral director. After all the paperwork was filled out and my mom's card was charged we got notification from them that his oldest daughter actually had to approve cremation as next of kin, not my mom. So that was another week of waiting for him to return her phone call. In the mean time my brother was at the coroner's office for a month and they called us saying they needed him out of there. So it's been one month and he still hasn't been cremated.

This funeral home is absolutely amazing! Chris allowed myself and some of my family and friends to create two visual and musical pieces in an attempt to bring positivity and understanding regarding the addiction epidemic that has altered so many lives! The funeral home is beautiful and the staff is friendly and welcoming! I would recommend this funeral home every day!!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They were beyond accommodating and extremely nice. You don’t have to worry about being lied to or even hidden costs, everything you need for the service of your choice is given with the staffs support. My fathers death was unexpected at the age of 27, turning to Fountain Square made the process far more pleasant then I would had ever imagined. Chris is horrible I have left 20 messages for him to call me back and still no response, Im to a point with this funeral home where imma contact a lawyer... They have took my money and will not respond
