McNamara Florist

Very nice florist. They have an excellent selection of flowers, also have an excellent selection of snowmen and other holiday items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered twice now from them, with letting the designer go crazy and after the first time I didn’t think I could be more impressed, but they found a way to put do themselves. The size and volume and just absolute beauty of the arrangements they have done literally blow people away. Couldn’t recommend more. And don’t be afraid to spend a little more and get the biggest arrangement, it’s worth every penny! I’ve attached photos of the 2 different arrangements they’ve done for me, photos don’t do them justice, and it takes multiple photos to capture everything!

What a fantastic experience! My mom loved the flowers and teddy bear! Not only did the finished product look as close to the picture as possible, but they delivered it rather quickly. I also want to give Beth with McNamara a shout out. There was a small glitch with my order, and instead of cancelling the order and emailing me like some companies do, she called and got it straightened out in no time so the order could still be delivered ontime. Thank you Beth and McNamara for helping me to make my mom's day today. I will definitely be a repeat customer :)

Sitting in the parking lot writing this after spending 15 minutes in the empty store without an employee greeting or speaking to me. I am not one to write reviews, but this is my second time visiting and my second borderline awful customer service experience. I assume the business owner would want to know about this in order to remedy this odd and off-putting apparent issue.nnThe first time, the employee I spoke with seemed astonished that I would arrive at 5:45 when they close at 6 - a tone of ‘what are you doing here, dude?’ the entire time. Was long enough ago that I don’t remember specifics, and I wouldn’t bring it up if I hadn’t just had another similar experience. I shrugged it off in the moment and didn’t even think about writing a review. But I do remember I tried to be friendly, then ultimately left because of the bad taste in my mouth after my friendliness was not reciprocated.nnToday there’s nothing to say about not being greeted because... well that’s all that happened. Lol. I guess I can add that they’ve advertised a large house plant sale, yet the selection at their “HQ” (this ludlow ave location) is the smallest of any of the 3 stores I’ve been to since June. Equally obnoxious is that half of the houseplants at this location don’t have prices on them.nnOnly reason for 2 stars and not one is there is a bell on the counter if you need someone. Also two employees were visible at different times and I would assume have to have seen me, however they were in the sectioned off fresh cut flower area (sectioned off by floor to ceiling windows lol).nnOk... I’m over the negativity, but this was definitely a negative experience. Customer service 101 stuff. Have only had 5 star experiences at n. keystone and fall creek/brookschool rd stores.
