Terrible experience all around with this place!!! Please go somewhere else. Funeral was a disaster, now someone mowed over my moms grave and broke her vase. They don't trim around markers my moms was completely covered, now I take my trimmer every time I go to decorate. Trust me this place is a joke!! Save yourself heartache and find another cemetary.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. We was left to sit outside for 30 minutes with no instructions to leave. No flags, no line, no police escort. nothing. The people who work here have finally gave instructions 49 minutes after waiting. They took us down a CLOSED road where the driver had to get out and move construction blockades. Still no police escort to help us get on the highway thankfully two nice people stopped traffic.nYou take the worst day of someone's life and make a mess of it. I hope none of you have to experience this.

Good luck getting your headstone. My stepdad died last October, the runaround is all you'll get. They desperately need new management. Update, I hired an attorney, called Cresthaven and told them they could deal with the attorney from this point. The headstone was placed the next day.

To say that I am angry is an understatement, I'm so frustrated that I am ready to contact an Attorney to get a refund for the $3,500.00 I paid for a grave marker for my Mother's grave last year in October and still have not gotten. I have called and left my name and number several times for Bobby to call me back, which she NEVER does. My husband made 2 trips there last month to get answers but only got the run around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

I'm so tired of spending money on flowers and putting them in my mother's and grandmother's grave and within a week they are taken out and thrown away. My question is WHY? They are all in their vases so I don't understand why? Please just leave my stuff there I put it in their vase for a reason to remember them. I think they are doing me wrong just don't know what to do about it.
