My 10 year old Lab Gracie was very sick today 11/11/2020. I called and talked to Donna who was very nice, understanding and helpful. She told me to get her there as quickly as possible. She was taken in immediately and I was given a prognosis and options along with an honest opinion. Together we decided her quality of life was not going to improve. I decided on euthanasia. They treated myself and my dog exceptionally and made this tough situation much easier. Took my poodle mix, Lucy, there for what I suspected to be pyometra. They got her in immediately. Diagnosed, gave a plan of care and an estimate. Started later that day because it was busy, but she was stable and in excellent hands. From the desk staff to the techs to the vets, everyone was great. Lucy is well on the road to recovery, at home doing great. Some would say pricey, but this is an emergency service, not a clinic for procedures that can be scheduled at the regular veterinarian office. And, they will communicate with your regular vet for seamless care. Can recommend 100%

This staff will forever hold a special place in my heart. My precious furbaby passed away late in the evening on a Friday. I had no idea what to do and was so sad as it was unexpected. I called Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care. They were amazing from the start. I decided to cremate her. They handled every detail with very loving care. I can't thank you all enough for being so patient, calm and loving and for the extra special efforts your staff takes when someone has lost their furbaby. Thank you!

I am so thankful for this place. Dr Wilson and Dr Kirch save my pup who was probably within hours of dying.nThey were very caring. They both answered my questions. Spoke with me on the phone several times. I am so thankful of the team who saved my doggy!

My dog had a seizure on Saturday morning & I was a mess. They were very quick, friendly & thorough. He ended up having to stay overnight, the Dr called me with an update that evening & I was able to pick him up the next morning. We were very surprised the price came out less expensive than what we expected. They made the process as easy as it could be & took care of my boy the best they could. Such a great experience for such a scary situation. I wish I knew the vet techs name that took care of us at first. She was so sweet and sympathetic to me being such a mess & so good to my pup. And Darla made financing stuff so easy. Thank you all so much.
