I am very disappointed with Forest Lawn, my father-in-law was laid to rest in September 2019, it took until May of 2020 for his headstone to be placed, My Mother was laid to rest in April and still no headstone. I have heard every excuse in the book why it is not placed. I have several family members at this sight in Greenwood, Indiana. New management took over in November 2019 and still they have not a clue , I am tired of the excuses . I want my Mother's headstone placed and I want to be reimburse for at least half the price of the headstone, since they have not provided me with a chance of closure over the death of my loved ones.

We were told that it had been misplaced and a new one would be ordered and put in place ... well, as of May 8,2020 still no stone, were told someone would contact the family by end of business today.nnWell, it’s 7:00pm and no call, I think a call to our lawyer is in order. We see if maybe they’ll have someone available to talk to someone versed in the law.nnWould NEVER recommend this place and their services to anybody

My family and I had good experience with Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The staff was compassionate, patient and supportive throughout the whole process even when we were indecisive. I never felt like we were being persuaded to buy anything we did not want. I do think the grounds need some TLC like the roads. Missy and Matt were informative and service oriented throughout an overwhelming process. I thank them for helping my family through a difficult time. Considering the circumstances, the overall service far exceeded my expectations.

The numerous experiences our family has had dealing with Forest Lawn over the past 25 years have all been very positive! Today 2 family members were buried (in 2 cremation graves) & the professionalism & service of the cemetery staff couldn't have been better! We will continue to recommend this cemetery in the future to family & friends!

You should get negative stars. You have told nothing but lies lies lies.nStay away from this place. They cause si much more heartache after losing a loved one.
