No longer a low cost option. Dr. Crouch demeaning instead of teaching about feeding. I told him I'm feeding less than recommended and he said I'm loving her to death for feeding soft food. If he'd asked or listened he would have heard i'm feeding less than recommended for a normal weight cat though my girl weighs much more.
I can't give this wonderful place enough stars or love♥ufe0f We had out lab Mackie for 15 years. He was sick and wasn't going to make it and was suffering. I called every vet out there and all of them would not help me or was extremely rude! We got an appointment with Good Shepard and was able to be with our Mackie as he passed. They were so extremely sweet not only to Mackie but to us. No more suffering for our fur baby thanks to these loving angels ♥ufe0f
Good Shepherd definitely makes sure you feel comfortable about your pets experience. They're knowledgeable and friendly while giving your pet quality veterinary attention.
Dr. Couch and his staff are amazing and I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else.
This office has been great. They got us in quickly for an emergency and were very kind, supportive and professional.
