I called from out of state trying to have flowers delievered to my family in the area, when i say these people have AMAZING customer service i mean it. The first place i initially called seemed annoyed that i didnt know what i exactly wanted. When i called here i was greeted with a sweet and friendly voice. I would gladly recommend this florist to anyone.nnMy family that recieved the flowers sent me a picture and they are BEAUTIFUL. I feel i got more than my moneys worth even with the delivery fee.
I used Coffman’s for my wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. Flowers looked amazing and got many compliments. They worked with us for a pick up time the day of the wedding and the whole process was stress free and easy.
I called from Virginia to have flowers delivered to a grave side funeral in Franklin. The lady that answered the phone was very polite, listened to what I wanted, and helped me make a decision. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful and the card was exactly what I wanted. She was very concerned and courteous. I highly recommend Coffman's for your floral needs.
