I came to Howard Robbins visitation and service and was extremely impressed with how nice things were. I’ve been to my share of funerals and this place by far out shines all. Rodney and his staff do an excellent job! I’m so thankful for them taking such great care while helping Michelle Turner Cochran plan and working with her on putting everything together so that the funeral was so beautiful!

This place is hands down the most amazing place for a loved one to have a funeral. It is no more expensive than the other local funeral homes, but the quality and ease of putting your loved one to rest through this funeral home almost completely eases the people trying to handle someone's final wishes. We buried my father today. I knew this was the place to bring my marine from the beginning, but Rodney was there from start to finish. He did so much more than other funeral directors. He was very active in getting all of my father's paperwork, picking the casket with me, showing me all of my options. He did all of the leg work for this funeral with grace and compassion. He and his staff are just perfectionists and so meticulous at what they do, it is hard to explain. I was unsure of what steps to take, and he guided me through everything. After giving him the basic information for the obituary, they pushed further and put a very detailed and personal obit in the paper that listed even more people than I had asked for. The dates and times were worked in to our schedules so all of our important people could make it. The staff all remembered my name, they were well dressed, clean cut, friendly. The details that put this funeral all together just could not have been any more perfect, and my father looked better than he had in a long time. I cannot say enough about this place and the kindness or caring nature, the level of professionalism. It really is unmatched to any other local business. Pick Morgan Nay because you will never regret it. I cannot give them more than five stars, but I want to. Just an amazing experience. Thank you Morgan Nay!

Rodney Nay is #1 in customer service. He helped us plan every detail of our Mother's funeral. He traveled 300 miles to bring our Mother back to Madison after she passed. He made a difficult time much better. I would highly recommend Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre.
