Oakland Vet Hospital

My farm and family absolutely love Dr Koo Kang and his staff! He always sees our animals in a very short time, makes farm visits regularly, and takes the extra mile to explain and educate me on anything I ask. Over the years I have developed a wonderful repore with Dr Koo Kang, and hope he never leaves his practice!!!

This place practices bait and switch. They tell you one price over the phone then once you pay it’s a higher price. I called to complain and the receptionist said I was miss quoted. Didn’t even try to make things right when it was their mistake. Other reviewers have said the same thing.

I’m so glad that I took my dog Comfort to Oakland Vet Hospital for his neck injury. Out of all the other vet offices that I’ve been to in the surrounding area (4) this is by far my favorite. I appreciate the thorough exam given and the caring staff more than I can say! What a relief to find a good place to take my pets when I have a big concern. Highly recommended.

Called for an appointment and they scheduled me 2 weeks out even though They knew time was of the essence causing my dogs infection to get worse. They could’ve told me to go somewhere sooner but they didn’t.

Called to try to get an appointment for an emergency with our 4H pig, who ever answered the phone was extremely rude, said their day was full and hung up. Didn’t give me an option to maybe schedule for a letter time or anything. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior. This happened on 8/4/2020 at 10:35am.
