No human contact. They come to your car to take your pet inside. My first visit with Max. Spoke to Dr Mary over the phone. She was compassionate and thurough. Thumbs up to her staff also
Used to love this vet until a receptionist laughed off my concerns about my dog while she was pregnant. She laughed and told me to calm down, I ended up having to rush my dog to an emergency vet in Springfield to have and emergency c-section.
Very very caring veterinarians! Mary's top notch!
