My mother didn't receive the same bouquet I ordered online, they could've at least gave the same vase as in the picture & how small it is compared to the price is obnoxious. I also ordered 2 balloons with the flowers and didn't receive them, called the lady and it took half an hour for my mom to get them. The lady sounded nice but it was very very unconvient.nnDo not recommend and will not be purchasing from again. ud83dude24

Came in for the first time for a small bouquet and they put one rose in a single sheet of colored wax paper with one fern. The water plug they put on the rose leaked all over my daughter while she was holding the flower. Charged me $20. Apparently you have to know someone there to get anything decent for the price you pay.

Went in today and they were having a 75% off sale on items and everything in the store is set up so beautifully. Love it. And reasonable prices.
